"Neighboring features work from our neighbors—artists and craftspeople living in Rockingham County. The word ‘neighboring’ is an active one: it is an invitation to meet, to talk, and to linger in the local: to become aware of the rich resources around us, and to see how we participate in ways small and large in building diverse and thriving communities."
